At intervals of 1, 3 and 9 months after the appointed candidate joins, we contact both client and candidate to see how the new joiner is settling in. If necessary we give whatever assistance we can to both parties in the areas of coaching and mentoring to facilitate the settling-in process. In the past, clients have found our advice valuable in making even small changes to their introduction and assimilation processes. Similarly, candidates are helped to understand differences between their old and new organisations, and have received mentoring and reassurance.
