The firm staffs its assignments across Europe and has a track record of implementing new benchmarks and best practice in product development, manufacturing process and integrated supply chain management. Due to continued growth of their Life Sciences practice area the firm is now recruiting for Managers and Principals with experience of serving clients in the pharmaceuticals, medical devices and bio-technology industries.

Managers lead the work of Consultants on assignments, manage and conduct projects and participate in focussed new business development. They are promoted to Principal and then to Director/Partner.
The position - Principal
Principals are at the level below Partner and supervise 2-3 Managers who are running projects. They take a lead in focussed new business development, industry marketing and in thought leadership for one of the firms practice areas. All levels share responsibilities in internal project teams for recruiting and professional development. They have an unusually low 1:4 ratio of Partners to Consultants. The firm therefore strongly nurtures the growth of their Managers and Principals to become Partners through an active and supportive mentoring and professional development program.
